Refund and Replacement Policy
 
 
Digital Downloads
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the image you download, you may request a replacement image by emailing peter@nwstockphotos.com. If you are not satisfied with the replacement image we supply we will refund your payment.
 
 
All files that are replaced or refunded must be deleted and never used. Use of an image that has been replaced or refunded will constitute copyright violation, and violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
 
 
Prints
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the print you purchase we will replace it with another image or issue you a refund. If your print is delivered to you damaged, we will replace it for you. In the case of a damaged print, we retain the right to request that you return the print to us as evidence of the damage.
 
 
If you need to return a print or request a replacement, please email peter@nwstockphotos.com to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization before shipping your return. Returns without and RMA number will not be accepted.
